The Ramada Grantham Hotel offers a great venue for all your conference and training needs, with meetings rooms that can comfortably accommodate 2 to 200 delegates.

Located at the hub of the A1, A52 & A607, this hotel is accessible from the North, South, East & West. Less than one mile from Grantham mainline train station, access to London Kings Cross can be reached within one hour and ten minutes.

The ease of access and signage should give you the confidence that your delegates will arrive in time and be relaxed and prepared for the day ahead.

Our fitness suite, swimming pool, sauna and steam room provide the opportunity to work off any excess stress.

For post and pre conference analysis the “Cromwell” restaurant is the perfect dining venue.

Lincoln Suite
This air conditioned Lincoln Suite can host conferences and banquets for up to 200 guests. It is located on the ground floor and has natural daylight which can be fully blacked out if required, for video and PowerPoint presentations. Access to the Lincoln Suite can either be gained via reception or directly from the car park.

Adjoining the Lincoln Suite is a foyer bar which is ideal for parties, receptions or as a break-out room.

The Lincoln Suite can also be divided into three separate rooms by acoustic partitions.

Dunsdon Room
The Dunsdon Room can host up to 80 guests which makes it a perfect room for holding meetings or for private dining. This room has natural daylight which can be blacked out and air conditioning.

Witham Room
The Witham Room is located on the ground floor and can be accessed either via the car park or through the main reception area. The Witham Room has natural daylight and can comfortably seat up to 80 guests.

Boardrooms 1 – 4
The boardrooms are ideal for smaller sized meetings and can be used as private dining rooms. These rooms can either be used independently or as syndicate rooms in conjunction with larger events held in the Lincoln Suite which is located directly opposite.

All boardrooms have natural daylight and air conditioning.

All meeting rooms at the Ramada Grantham have wireless internet access.
